People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area. This position will be responsible for the following duties:

Reception
· Greet employees and guests.
· Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls according to local guidelines.
· Handle and route messages appropriately.
· Answer general inquiries, assist in resolving issues/concerns or direct them to the appropriate resource.
· Provide support and/or execute activities related to on-site or off-site meetings and events.
· Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound, mail, packages and faxes contact employees as needed (Digital Mail).

Catering
· Arrange catering for all local meetings: set-up and clean-up.
· Ensure the correct department code is charged.

Supplies
· Office & break room supply maintenance/ordering. Weekly ordering of supplies.
· Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending area, etc.).

Miscellaneous Operations
· Daily morning walk through of the office and ensure supplies are stocked.
· May act as the point of contact for various Workplace tools/databases and related training.
· May be involved in actions related to programs or projects.
· May contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
· May perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.
· Provide audio-visual support/troubleshooting prior to and during meetings and events as needed.
· Provide basic technical support for standard office equipment (e.g., copiers and printers).
· Handle or coordinate process large-scale duplicating projects including copying, collating, assembly and binding.
· Assist customers with document retrievals/returns.
· Coordinate destruction of documents.
· Serve as a point of contact for external providers (commodity).
· Manage monthly Environmental Metrics for Electric, Gas, Paper use etc.
· Maintain external service provider information.
· May be responsible for external meeting planning.

Safety & Security

· CCURE management: security badge maintenance/support.
· Distribute and track office security access cards.
· Manage CCURE Quarterly Audit.
· Assist with instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
· Manage emergency response plan updates (semi-annually).
· Act as fire coordinator and responsible for the location's exercise assessment.

This role will be located at the Accenture Columbus Corporate Office: 400 W. Nationwide Blvd, Suite 100, Columbus, OH 43215

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

·  HS Diploma
·  Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Bachelor's degree
·  Appropriate technical skills (familiarity with MS Office Suite and demonstration of ability to learn new platforms/technologies)
·  5+ years of customer service experience. Passionate about customer service
·  Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
·  SharePoint skills are also desirable
