What you'll be doing
Within Client Innovation Services, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that explores, provokes, discovers and builds innovation with Accenture, our clients and with our ecosystem partners. We work with some of Accenture's biggest clients and client account teams to explore and solve our client's current problems across a wide range of subject areas. You will be responsible for creating content for a differentiated and unique experience for our clients and client account teams.
The success candidate will report to an Innovation Lead.

As an Innovation Designer you will be part of the team designing and delivering bespoke innovation sessions for our clients. The role will include, but not limited to:
· Own and manage, end to end, the design and experience for client sessions
· Understand and anticipate client needs through research, immersion, ethnography and other methods as appropriate to design a ‘best in class' innovation experience
· Coordinate design sprints, customer co-creation events and user feedback sessions
· Apply a user-centric design approach to customer problems
· Generate wireframes, visual design concepts and high-fidelity prototypes
· Develop a strong knowledge of Accenture's network and ecosystem while building relationships both within Accenture and externally to bring cutting edge content to the client experience.
· Transform customer problems statements into engaging design solutions.
· Develop new methods of sharing knowledge from interactive and immersive session activities to multi-media presentations
· Manage and develop content through creating reusable libraries of information for future use and develop a system and methodology for curating knowledge.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your skills and qualifications
Required
·  Have a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent
·  2+ years' experience in relevant role; e.g. UX design, creative design or a related field
·  Excellent MS Office package skills (including SharePoint), Adobe C Suite, Prototyping Software
·  Strong written and verbal communication
·  Strong content and presentation design
·  Highly organised, flexible, team player and excellent attention to detail
·  Strong stakeholder and project management skills
·  Knowledge of Accenture ways of working is an advantage
