Job description
Activities
Dedicated support to a Campaign Management Lead and their respective team (e.g., Financial Services Lead and team, Accenture Strategy Lead and team). Supports multiple concurrent campaigns by developing and managing project plans to ensure all aspects of the campaign plan are executed per agreed schedule:
Develops the overall campaign project plan with coordinating input from Campaign Managers
Manages the campaign plan and updates regularly to document progress. Escalates issues to the Campaign Manager when required.
Maintains updates of plan progress in the Campaign Management Tool.
Interacts with Data & Analytics to ensure the D&A team has any required inputs/updates to generate dashboard reporting.
Documents key lessons learned and opportunities to improve processes in coordination with Operations team
Supports Campaign Manager in budget tracking activities
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Skills
1 to 2 years experience (junior) in Marketing Operations / Digital Marketing or 3+ years for more senior role (approx. + $7k cost differential)
Basic PMO knowledge (actions plan and follow up)
Able to coordinate multiple programs.
Strong communications skills with ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders.
Responsible and responsive.
Exercise judgement to identify risks to plan in a timely manner.
Able to work independently and connect with the stakeholders when needed.
PowerPoint and Excel
Basic administrative knowledge (cost tracking and allocation)
Academic Background and Specific Knowledge:
Marketing, Design, Business Administration
MS Office, SharePoint
