The majority of the work done for this role would be done via the Sprinklr platform, but experience with other Social platforms such as Salesforce, Lithium, Spredfast, Conversocial, Brandwatch, Percolate is also helpful.

Candidates must also possess very strong communication skills in order to work with a variety of different teams from different business units, companies, disciplines, and even countries.

·  Creation and maintenance of user accounts.
Required:
·  Sprinklr experience is a HUGE plus
·  Experience with other social media analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Lithium, Spredfast, Conversocial, Brandwatch, Percolate is also helpful
·  Strong communication skills
·  Working knowledge of JIRA
·  Familiarity Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other major social networks.
