Job description

Key tasks

- Responsible for the supervision and functions of service associates to ensure smoother running of restaurant and bar operations
- Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager to direct and coordinate overall activities of the employee in order to deliver exceptional experiences to the guests
- Work closely with and as a team with other associates in order to consistently strive for the highest standards, service quality and efficiency
- To ensure and maintain proper handling of the restaurant and bar equipment
- To ensure service standards and procedures are achieved and followed by proper training, supervision and control
- To maintain a checklist for daily inspection or restaurant and bar
