- Provide high quality personalized service and manage revenue related to wedding & social events
- Follow up on all enquiries pertaining to wedding & social events site inspection/discussion
- Manage guest budgets to maximize revenue and meet guest needs
- Being the main point of contact for all guests in terms of planning/preparation leading to the wedding date
- Work closely with both Sales and F&B team in order to handle all events inquiries
- Any other duties assigned
