Job description

IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst with Windows 7, AD, MS Office, SCCM, VPN knowledge required for Global Company in London to work on their IT Service Desk providing 1st & 2nd line support.

You will have worked in a Service Desk or Helpdesk role and ideally have IT certifications or an IT degree and want to provide first class support to their professional user base.

As well as excellent communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills you will also have the following commercial IT Support expreience:

  • Windows 7 & Office 2010 & 2013
  • Active Directory
  • Remote Access / VPN
  • MS SCCM
  • Backups
  • Laptops, desktops, printers, mobile device

Working in a busy team you will provide support over the phone, remotely and on-site so you will have the confidence to get out into the business and use your passion for IT Support to gain more technical experience and exposure.
