Job Summary:

The Test Engineer performs engineering tests for standard and/or custom hardware and software systems. This individual may assist in the development of test procedures and assists in the evaluation of test equipment required to perform quality checks. The Test Engineer may assist in the construction of test fixtures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements for processing components and other materials into finished goods and products

Assist in the design and implementation methods and procedures for testing and inspecting the quality level of products and equipment

Recommend corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies

Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:

·
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field

·
0-6 years of experience working in a similar role

·
A working knowledge of Linux

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

·
Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and detail oriented

·
Ability to efficiently resolve problems

·
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks

·
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction

·
Ability to use discretion and independent judgment when making decisions on behalf of the company
