Job description
· • Your key responsibility is to assist program managers with the operational management of their organization to help them meet their objectives.
· • Your role is to help managers achieve their commitments regarding delivery (deliverables, milestones), non-recurring and recurring costs (NRC and RC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and quality
· • You must be proficient in the use and configuration of management tools, and in overseeing their use by people involved in the process
· • You are expected to address and report any irregularities with regard to the program and project management reference system
· • You are also expected to make recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement and the deployment of best practices
· • You do not have any decision-making authority regarding programs, projects or business lines and you cannot stand in for managers.
· • In other words, management, planning, resource allocation, communication of lead-times, financial data, risks and opportunities remain the sole responsibility of managers
Scheduling
· • Manage Mi-GSO in order to provide to the PM and EPL to needed support in building schedule and programme dashboard,
· • Ensure that Planisware is used fully and properly.
Planning
· • Support the MTP & Budget planning process,
· • Support the engineering load / capacity process,
· • Monitor the adherence of the actual spent hours to the forecasted spent hours.
One Safran Project
· • Assess SGB programme and project maturity (to the One Safran Maturity grid)
· • Share best practices with the One Safran Project community within Safran Seats
· • Lead (at SGB level) the transfer from Planisware to Osmoz (starting second semester 2021)
