POSITION SUMMARY
The ERP Systems Analyst is responsible for acting as liaison between functional users of financial planning and manufacturing applications. This role provides direct support to system users through reports definition, report development, system administration, troubleshooting, and other detailed problem-solving. This person also assists with user training on ERP applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Leads internal systems including; M3, Sharepoint, Lean DNA, Access Databases, Birst, SQL and ZAP systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness within the confines of the Zodiac structure.
· Takes action to ensure the reliability & efficiency of business reporting systems.
· Resolution of system and procedural problems
· New system/process functionality implementation
· Analysis of new application functions and technology
· Train new users. Maintain all documentation and procedures.
· Interface with MRP Planning, Materials Management, Production Control, Program Teams, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Planners, Information Technology, Sales, and Finance/Accounting Departments
· Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
· Coordinate the efforts of internal and external technical staff, and of key users in the support of existing production systems and in the execution of new system projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and rectify modifications in existing systems as according to user requirements.
· Conducting business process re-engineering and ERP training to users.
· Liaise with external IT vendor for applications, project implementation, systems enhancement and maintenance.
· Become an in-house consultant and expert on ERP system
· Creation/maintenance of basic ERP data information
· Reporting, including CRM system data reports and other ad-hoc as required.
· Gathering reports requirements from users and writing functional specification documents
· Resolution of Project Access & other user issues/errors that come up
· Tuning and keeping database indexes updated at the database level
· Data warehouse administration and programming
· Maintenance of CRM system, Salesforce preferred.
· Coordinate outsourcing to consultants
· Manage and plan system upgrades/rollouts
· Manage and coordinate the resolution of ERP related help desk requests
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System/Info-communications or Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience with integrated ERP systems
· 5 or more years of experience managing projects required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Normal office conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
Standard workweek often exceeds 40 hours/week.
