Job description
Il/elle est chargé(e) de la tenue/saisie des factures d'achats, des notes de frais.
Il/elle assiste le comptable général dans la tenue de la trésorerie : rapprochement des relevés cartes affaires, recherche d'informations sur des
mouvements bancaires.

· - Saisie des factures d'achats, toutes devises : comptable et analytique
· - Gestion des notes de frais
· - Travaux de Consolidation : Rapprochement des comptes intercompagnies (achats/fournisseurs)
· - Participation aux audits et clôtures des comptes : circularisation + justification de soldes+ recherche de pièces
· - Classement des documents comptables
· - Virements Fournisseurs
· - Résolution de litiges fournisseurs (emails fournisseurs, appels, suivi des services en interne)
