Assist in process improvement for the assembly of Oxygen Generators, Chemical. Through a DMAIC and Lean analysis for the optimization of processing of development product into the production environment. Must be available for a 2 term co-op (1 semester + 1 summer session)

Responsibility may include but are not limited to:

· Documenting and observing the activities
· Perform analysis for key findings for determining value-added or waste
· Review, update process flow maps, cause&effect, variation reduction methods, SOP, etc.
· Assist in validation testing through report writing
· Responsible for completing a minimum of 1 independent project

Qualifications:

· Able to work independently and in a team environment
· Able to communicate regularly to mentor(s) and present
