Job Description Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position: maintains, reviews and updates documentary systems and their integrity (Business Policy Manual, Procedures, work Instructions and recording formats); assures the punctual observation of these policies, procedures and instructions thorough External, Internal and Layered Process Audits; monitors the timely and effective implementation of corrective actions and facilitates training for all organization members.To comply with above, the Quality Systems Administrator is trained to be the guide and liaison for TS-16949 and Customer Specific requirements. Process Manufacturing Audit; Measurement System Analysis; Ford MSA; GM QSB; Chrysler Process Audit.The Quality Systems Administrator work load is distributed across desk work (creating and updating documents, consulting databases, reading procedures and customer requirements, creating reports), shop floor activity (auditing, monitoring compliance, correcting deviations to standard) and meeting with personnel at different levels (training, reporting, evaluating). Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to): · Maintain Document Control System· Update / Correct documents, load them into VIBE (Documents database) and obtain timely approval process completion.· Train personnel on document changes and assure correct implementation when applicable.· Generate reports based on data systems such as VIN, QSYS, GWD, NCR, LPA to track for External Audits, Internal Audits, Layered Process Audits and corrective actions status.· Monitor compliance for document retention policy and file records (and samples) as required in a safe and organized matter.· Maintain Instrument calibration up to date.· Assure compliance with Measurement System Analysis.· Monitor Regulatory, critical, special and process characteristics CPK and PPK levels and assure adequate implementation of containment measures and corrective actions when applicable.· Participate actively in continuous improvement projects and cost saving activities.· Monitor updates and changes on International standards and corporate policies that are in use or might be applicable to ZF TRW BCS Winona Plant, communicate and train employees based on these updates as required.· Provide information for Quality Systems Management Review.· Coordinate Internal and Layered Process Audits. Monitor outcome and follow up on corrective actions implementation.· Determine audit schedule and assure compliance according procedure G-54.· Maintain training and roster for Internal Auditors.
Education Requirements High School diploma required.
Experience and Skill Requirements •2 Year internal auditing experience with Quality Systems such as ISO or TS16949.
•2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing setting.
•Knowledgeable on GD&T and measurement systems.
•Proficiency with Windows-based software applications (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
