Job Description Purchasing Finance and Planning Manager.  Position's responsibilities include managing the global sourcing admins including setting sourcing review calendar, issuing agendas and meeting minutes.  Position is responsible for preparing the monthly sourcing metrics package, ensuring data is accurate and any significant variances are understood.  Position is responsible for coordinating updates to the quarterly Executive Purchasing Review packages, All Hands presentations, and other management presentation as required.  Position coordinates update of the Purchasing Strategic Action Plans (SAP's) including direct involvement in SAP's as needed.  Position supports various planning and financial analysis assignments as required.  Position maintains the Division A Purchasing SharePoint site including establishing folders and maintaining access rights.
Education Requirements Bachelor Degree required, prefer course of study in finance or supply chain management or other related field relevant to Purchasing or Business.
Experience and Skill Requirements Minimum 10 years experience
