Job Title Engineering Senior Manager- PPAC

Job Description JOB PURPOSEThis position is responsible for managing the investigation and resolution of field performance and safety critical issues relating to various business units in Global ZF TRW Divison A.  The position coordinates the formation and activities of ad hoc teams comprsising quality, engineering,  manufacturing and product development for the resolution and prevention of potential field issues

MAJOR JOB DUTIESSchedule and facilitate PPAC meetings as required to address issues as they arise

Follow-up with team members on specific issues to dirve towards resolution and appropriate corrective actions on PPAC issues

Work with appropriate engieering, quality and manufacturing persons to identfy and implement permanent systemic corrective actions and verify read across to all regions

Work with TRW assembly plant personnel, engineering and quality to analyze potential isues as they arise to determine if a PPAC issue is present

Review and provide guidance to TRW personnel on test reports and customer presentations relating to quality, warranty or testing issues

Create executive management summaries and reports regarding PPAC's, government or industry safety trends including recalls

Understanding of TRW safety products including applicable government regulations   
     
PREFERRED SKILLSProblem solving skills (Green Belt, Black Belt, Shainin)
Program management experience
 

 
Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
