Job Title Accountant 4
Business Unit Automotive Staff - Finance
Job Description Provide support to Company’s accounting organization to ensure and provide: 1) timely preparation of high quality consolidated financial statements for the Company and its multiple organizational structures; 2) analysis and information related to the consolidated financial statements and certain “significant accounts” for both internal and external constituencies; 3) assistance to OUC’s with respect to the proper application of IFRS and adherence to corporate policies; 4) development and maintenance of effective internal controls related to the Company’s accounting and financial systems; 5) analysis and establishment of procedures that ensure timely and effective month end closes; and 6) support timely monthly submission of IFRS results to ZF.
Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.

CPA Required.
Experience and Skill Requirements • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Accounting is required. Graduation in top 25% of class is preferred.

• Should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm.

• Must be a CPA.

• Automotive industry experience beneficial, but not required.

• Proven strong technical accounting background (IFRS & US GAAP).

• Experience working with public multinational companies required.

• External Reporting, Consolidation Accounting and Foreign Currency Translation experience required.

• Hyperion Financial Management or Hyperion Enterprise experience preferred.
