Job description
Overview:
Zetes Ltd is a growing company in the data capture and goods ID market and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join their Commercial Services team.
Main Purpose of Job:
To manage the timely renewal of all support and maintenance contracts and the creation of new contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer contact details in within internal system; Kimoce
- Maintain contract details and serial numbers in Kimoce
- Amending Contracts as and when required
- Raise purchase orders as appropriate on 3rd party suppliers;
- Receipt service in on Kimoce once 3rd Party confirmation or invoice has been received
- Invoice all new and existing support contracts
- Generate and send out the renewals spreadsheet to the internal sales team 90 days prior to expiry
- Update and maintain back to back contracts with Zetes suppliers
- Request 3rd party supplier pricing for renewals
- Create the maintenance and support contracts
- Provide customers with Support Service Welcome Pack and the contract details
Essential attributes:
- Well organised individual with methodical approach to administration
- A proven track record of successful involvement in Customer Service
- Have the initiative to propose and introduce change where necessary
- Experience of developing and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Strong number skills with excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to quality of service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Having a car would be advantageous, however we offer a free bus shuttle service from Maidenhead Train station
