Concierge Nights (4 on/4 off - 7pm - 7am)

This is very much a 'front of house role’ and our Concierge team are highly valued by the residents of the buildings they work within. As a Concierge you’ll be providing a high standard of customer service for both residents and visitors. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained central building environment. You’ll work a 4 on/4 off, 7pm to 7am shift pattern and your main duties will be to;

1. Offer assistance to residents.

2. You’ll take responsibility for all deliveries to the main office, receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail.

3. Screen visitors, guests and contractor staff and report any suspicious/unusual behavior.

4. Regularly check the working order and condition of and security of the building eg lighting, heating, fire and smoke alarms and other building equipment. You’ll then resolve any issues as quickly as possible from changing a light bulb to highlighting maintenance issues requiring specialist action to the Buildings Manager.

5. Ensure the smooth running of car parking facilities ensuring all users are authorised.

6. Maintain a diary log to be used in the shift handover.

Personal Qualities

You’ll need to have the following;

• Great communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven examples of being able to follow procedures
• Be exceptionally smart and take pride in your appearance
• Good organisational skills to ensure that all documentation is completed on time and issues raised are highlighted and followed through to completion
• Good observation skills to ensure security and maintenance issues are tackled
