The stylists of our Curated Shopping service – Zalon by Zalando – roll out their complete fashion talent and surprise our customers with individual outfits that are trendy and radiate fashion-consciousness . Our aim is to delight our customers with this service and share our love for fashion and beautiful outfits.

Your Challenge

·  You’ll be the first point of contact for our Dutch stylists to help them to solve their problems and respond to diverse inquiries via phone and email
·  You’ll track and report the development of use cases to the Dutch management team (country manager & performance manager)
·  You’ll give advises to stylists on how to work with our tools
·  You’ll support new stylists in their styling tasks and use your fashion knowledge to provide advice
·  As part of our admin team you’ll independently adapt customer requests such as cancelling and moving appointments between customers and stylists
·  You’ll create Jira tickets for tech-support
·  You’ll communicate with different stakeholders internally and coordinate solutions between them

What you’ve Got

·  You're currently studying and proud of an above-average bachelor university degree
·  As part of an international team, your written and oral Dutch and English skills are on a native speaker level, French and German is a plus
·  You already gained first experience in a customer support position
·  Your solution focused mindset and eye for the current fashion trends facilitate your daily work
·  Good organization is one of your biggest strengths and you always communicate clearly
·  You think fast, work proactively and always keep on top of things even in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
·  MS Office is part of your daily routine
