Our Category Management Team is passionate about fashion and lifestyle. We want customers to find the perfect fashion and lifestyle products for them, from shoes and clothing and accessories. Category Management’s task is to put together an on-trend and profitable selection of products. We love discovering new brands and products for the Zalando shops, but finding the right trends is only one aspect, as we also need to keep track of our KPIs and processes. Constant exchange with other departments like logistics, content and photo production, the onsite team and marketing ensures that we act in line with the whole organisation. In the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers at Zalando.

Your Challenge

·  You’ll support our Visual Merchandiser in the execution of our global Men campaigns with regards to the product selection
·  You’ll influence all aspects of Visual Merchandising, demonstrating full awareness of brands & seasonal trends and their relevance to the Zalando proposition
·  You’ll keep our product content updated and select new styles and outfits on a weekly base
·  You’ll be in close contact with Marketing as well as our Buying Department and keep an eye on the quality of our final product
·  You’ll balance analytical skills and sense of creativity to create performing yet appealing product selections

What you’ve got

·  Currently you are studying fashion or business administration 
·  You have a high affinity for fashion and are passionate about creating new looks yourself. You know the latest trends and you are informed about the newest brands
·  You are interested in Menswear and have previous work experience in this area and can put yourself into the male customer’s shoes
·  MS Office is part of your daily routine and you are also willing to learn new tools (CMS)
·  You work in a structured and efficient manner and are able to to complete tasks independently
·  As you will be part of an international team, your English skills are fluent and impressive
