We are looking for someone, who

·  Is currently an enrolled student majoring in computer science, economy, natural sciences or similar course of studies
·  Dreams of numbers
·  Gets stuff done, has entrepreneurial spirit, can be scrappy
·  Finds challenges invigorating and knows how to become an expert in something new in a few days
·  Is good at explaining, good at thinking out loud, difficult to frustrate
·  Is fun to work with
·  Has strong interest to develop data intelligence/analytics skillset into state-of-the-art
·  Is a self-driven engineer that does not require constant supervision
·  Is available appr. 20 hours per week

Desired skills

·  Great written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
·  Strong team and interpersonal communication skills
·  Prolific skills in using SQL to access data

Desired experience

·  Hands-on experience in software development
·  You excel with Excel
·  You’re good at understanding and applying statistical concepts - not only in theory
·  You’ve already worked with BI-Tools like Pentaho, Cognos? A big plus!

Your responsibilities

·  You are driving quantitative analytics end-to-end with direct access to relevant tools/databases/sources to create powerful and visually appealing insights
·  You contribute your ideas, concepts, solutions to answer non-technical questions with stunning analytical rigor
·  You are convincing even the last skeptics within Technology and Logistics by arguing smartly and with the power of your figures
·  You are driving the implementation of data points and measurements that you require directly working with our engineers
