We are in a very exciting phase with our new service ‘Zalando Fulfillment Solutions’ (ZFS) and are looking for support to get to the next level. You will join a new team, which provides an interface between our Partner Program, Technology and Operations. In this function, you ensure that our daily operations are running like clockwork and tackle any issue that might occur.

YOUR CHALLENGES:

·  You will build, lead and develop a team of service delivery professionals
·  Together with the Sales and Key Account Management team, your team is responsible for a smooth onboarding process of our partners
·  Your team is responsible for guiding the partners through the logistics in-season management and delivery communication and act upon clarifications and issues
·  You are responsible for setting-up, structuring and documenting the Service Delivery processes of the FbZ service and ensure the right technical infrastructure is in place
·  Your team is responsible for partner resource management and aligns with its operational counterparts on an ongoing basis
·  Based on specifications defined jointly with the Sales and Key Account Management team, your team implements operational and process optimizations to improve the FbZ service and thereby increasing partner satisfaction
·  Your team finds relevant solutions for the FbZ service and our partners, keeping the overall strategic direction in mind
·  Your team sets up reporting, forecasting and analyzes relevant fulfillment KPIs, thereby setting up goals, tracking the success of our FbZ service and making sure the agreed SLAs are adhered to
·  You keep your team focused on partner satisfaction and provide our partners with the best possible service quality

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

·  You're proud of your successfully completed university degree in the field of economics, engineering or business administration
·  You’ve got a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and you can demonstrate your solution expertise in logistical and operational issues
·  You have a proven track record in leading and developing a team and possess the ability to influence and motivate those around you
·  You possess strong project and process management skills  
·  You have outstanding presentation and communication skills and are used to communicate across hierarchy levels.
·  You always put the customer first and you are willing to go the extra mile to continually improve the customer experience.
·  You can convince with a pragmatic and structured approach
·  You’re entrepreneurial, you use your initiative and take a proactive approach to your work
·  You have an analytical mindset and set a high standard when it comes to process quality and accuracy
·  You are a team player and flexible when it comes to new challenges
·  You are fluent in German and have an excellent command in English
