We're offering a permanent position in our Berlin based Partner Program team. The Zalando Partner Program, the center of Zalando’s Direct-To-Consumer platform (Zalando Media Solutions, Fulfillment by Zalando, Partner Program), is a separate commerce channel which complements Zalando’s core wholesale business. As the platform for brands and retailers to connect with our customers across Zalando’s diverse business verticals, we work with selected partners to:
· Connect all potential available online and offline stock
· Deliver a high quality online shopping experience by offering a broader brand assortment
· Create a dynamic feedback loop of information to test brands or articles not in wholesale.

YOUR CHALLENGE
· You will support the Sales Managers with day to day operational tasks, such as:
· Gathering and analyzing data for business cases
· Liaising between Integration and Key Account teams to address brand onboarding issues/concerns
· Preparing sales pitch decks
· Organizing, tracking and maintaining accounts throughout the sales funnel process
· Processing & tracking contracts
· You will work closely with other departments and are the contact person for Content Creation and Integration Teams during the sales/brand acquisition phase
· You will develop and optimize processes for the Partner Program Team and drive the sales conversion process forward.
WHAT YOU'VE GOT
· You have a bachelor’s/ master’s degree or initial work experience.
· You have excellent organizational skills and have an eye for detail even when working under pressure.
· You enjoy working with people and are a team player.
· You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
· You are analytical, a problem solver, a critical thinker who can work across cross-functional teams.
· You have an independent and results-oriented way of working singles you out.
· You have a passion for technology and the fashion industry.
· You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Salesforce and other CRM or Project Management tools a plus.
· You are fluent/native in German (written and oral) and have excellent English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
