Within Zalando, we are a cross-functional unit, integrated within the Performance Marketing department, which executes global gift card marketing and sales strategy across Europe. Our goal is to provide our end consumers with a perfect gifting experience and to build up long lasting cooperation with our corporate customers across Europe.

Your Challenge

·  As a part of our Gift Card team, you will be the interface for our b2b clients when it comes to gift card sales and account management
·  You will own and deliver the local b2b strategy for Zalando gift cards in Italy
·  You will be responsible for pushing and reaching our ambitious sales targets for b2b gift cards in Italy
·  You will identify innovative opportunities to acquire new customers and develop marketing cooperation
·  You will develop B2B marketing strategies in order to activate the sales of our current business clients and generate new leads
·  You will execute appropriate metrics, forecasts and reports in order to analyze and evaluate the results of sales and campaigns
·  You will align with teams across the company (country clusters, accounting, sales, operations, legal...) supporting sales and execute marketing campaigns

·  You have strong communication and inter-personal skills
·  You have an exceptional customer focus and passion for sales
·  Your English and Italian are fluent and impressive
·  You have strong analytical skills and your goal-oriented way of working helps you to solve complex challenges
