Within Zalando, we are a cross-functional unit, integrated in the Performance Marketing department, which executes global gift card marketing and sales strategy across Europe. Our goal is to provide our end consumers with a perfect gifting experience and to build up long lasting cooperation with our corporate customers across Europe.
YOUR TASKS
· As a part of our rapidly growing Gift Card & Cooperation Marketing team you will identify innovative opportunities to acquire new customers and develop marketing cooperation
· You’ll build a customer acquisition strategy with the aim of landing new clients
· You will be responsible for pushing and reaching our ambitious sales targets for corporate gift cards in the Benelux
· You will be the interface person for our corporate clients when it comes to gift card sales and account management
· You will develop B2B marketing strategies to activate the sales of our current business clients and generate new leads
· You will execute appropriate metrics, forecasts and reports in order to analyze and evaluate the results of your sales and campaigns
· You will align with teams across the company (country clusters, accounting, sales, operations, legal...) to support sales and execute marketing campaigns
Desired profile
YOUR PROFILE
· You hold a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business or marketing
· You have 2/4 years of working experience with proven sales experience
· Cold acquisition and turning a fresh prospect into a lead excite you
· You have strong communication and inter-personal skills and a passion for sales
· Your analytical skills form the base for you to create strategies to achieve your objectives
· You have an exceptional customer focus
· Your English and Dutch are fluent and impressive. French is a plus
· You have strong analytical skills and your goal-oriented way of working helps you to face even complex challenges
· Knowledge about the Gift Card industry is a big plus
