As a recruiting coordinator you will be working closely together with the recruiter and business in guiding the candidates through our recruitment process.

You are setting standards

Variety. Dealing with different stakeholders to find suitable appointments in their busy calendars sounds interesting to you. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, support the recruiters in administrative daily tasks and with travel reimbursements
Autonomy. Micromanagement is not your way of working? Great! Your personality reflects that in working independently but also pushing yourself and your stakeholders to be on top with your candidates.  
Excellence . Being the first point of contact for our talents and having customer centricity in mind sounds familiar. You will be responsible for providing candidates with the best possible experience.
Ownership. You like to work in an challenging environment and never get tired of taking on new projects  on short notice.

You are skilled

Experience. You have experience with Google products and ideally, you have experience working with Greenhouse. You love being in contact with people and you do not shy away from grabbing the phone and reaching out to others.
Expertise. You are well-structured and have a great command of the English language. Additional languages are considered an advantage. You are organised and even in stressful situations with high workload, you stay calm, focused and have a solution-oriented approach
Motivation. Working in an environment with a high amount of uncertainty does not put you off and you love to work in an international team.
Attitude. You understand Zalando’s business strategy and share our culture and core values - you are humble, hungry and driven. Networking comes naturally to you, you are always eager to help and your stakeholders can rely on you at all times.
