 zLabels is Zalando’s fashion subsidiary. Located in the heart of Berlin, we develop fashion brands handling every step in the product lifecycle from initial design right through to distribution. When designing for new labels we draw inspiration from haute couture collections and young unconventional designers. We have a wide range of fashion labels and brands: from sporty men’s fashion to refined women’s wear up to modern kids shoe collections. Some of our brands and labels like mint&berry, Zign and Twintip have become extremely successful during the last few years, establishing ourselves as a professional fashion company. We plan to continue and build upon this success in the future.

 

YOUR CHALLENGES

·  You will be part of the Sales and Marketing Team and you’ll report directly into the Head of the Department
·  You’ll play an essential part in building zLabels’s strategic growth of the market
·  You’ll manage projects independently. You’ll define targets, plan and monitor projects, keep track of achievements and solve newly arising problems on-the-go
·  You will implement pilot programs and create appropriate structures for new business initiatives
·  You’ll develop processes and tools to support new projects
·  With your excellent analytical skills and business acumen you’ll be able to identify strategic directions for the area that you’re responsible for
·  You’ll work closely with a variety of different internal and/or external stakeholders and confidently and professionally represent your findings and decisions

YOUR PROFILE

·  You have a strong desire to be part of a highly driven and inspired team, to work in a start-up environment where you can shape your own agenda, work highly independently and are guaranteed a high degree of freedom to shape and design your area of responsibility
·  You have the ability to challenge how things are done, you accomplish that by reflecting, taking a step back and offering insightful alternatives
·  You have experience in a relevant field - ideally 3 years in a similar project management role with comparable responsibilities, e.g. in business analysis, business development
·  You are proud of an above-average degree in a business subject, e.g. economics, business or related fields
·  You have good analytical skills and conceptual abilities
·  You are entrepreneurial and demonstrate the ability to take initiative, along with a healthy dose of pragmatism
·  You are fluent in English, another languages a plus
