When designing for new labels we draw inspiration from haute couture collections and young unconventional designers. We have a wide range of fashion labels and brands: from sporty men’s fashion to refined women’s wear up to modern kids shoe collections. Some of our brands and labels like mint&berry, Zign and Twintip have become extremely successful during the last few years, establishing ourselves as a professional fashion company. There's no stopping us growing and we are looking for you to join our team to start immediately, in a permanent role as a Product Developer/ Pattern Maker for our brand Anna Field at our beautiful Berlin Friedrichshain location.

Your Tasks

·  You will work in our product development department during the introductory phase and familiarize yourself with our collections Anna Field, Anna Field curvy and Anna Field mama
·  You will work closely with our Buyers to develop the collection for the season
·  You will prepare the general work sheets with all relevant technical information
·  You will develop fittings and shapes and comment based on your work sheets and approve prototypes and samples
·  You will approve bulk production
·  You will be responsible for correct care labels in our garments
·  You will be a troubleshooter in case of any problems

What You’ve Got

·  You have a degree or traineeship in the textiles industry along with technical knowledge
·  You have profound skills in pattern making and a good eye for pattern related fitting issues
·  You have at least 3 years’ experience in product development and/ or production of fast-moving fashion industries, preferably in vertical retail
·  You have a sharp eye and profound industry knowledge, and you have the ability to recognize new trends paired with strong analytical skills that match our vision
·  You have an existing industry network to suppliers and therefore excellent negotiation skills
·  You have a good understanding of the processes that exist in fast moving fashion companies
·  You are an enthusiastic person, who loves to be a part of a team
·  You speak English fluently; German and or other language skills are a plus
