Your Responsibilities
· You set up and drive Zalon to a leading position in our 5 current target markets and the many more to come
· You define the business plans, budgets, strategy and structures for the Performance Marketing team
· You develop the marketing strategy, drive its execution and ultimately grow the business and maximize overall performance marketing ROI, through testing, data and innovation
· You design, manage, control and optimize our marketing activities and budgets across all performance channels (SEA, Display Marketing, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Marketing, SEO) with the clear goal: increase the number of customer conversions and decrease the customer acquisition costs
· You continuously expand our marketing mix by scaling existing channels as well as innovating through new ones
· You empower the performance marketing team through prioritization, leadership & coaching, and hiring
· You promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality
· You align and plan capacities and roadmaps with the product-, supply- and brand marketing team
Desired profile
Your Profile
· You gained at least 2-5 years of professional experience in online marketing (with exposure to different performance channels), ideally in E-Commerce
· You have excellent leadership skills which make you a great team player and fun to work with, ideally you have managed a medium sized team in the past
· You are staying on top of things knowing all new products, innovations, and tests coming up both internally and with our partners (esp. Display & Google)
· You have an untiring drive to test out new options and question existing behaviours
· You have a very profound performance marketing understanding and know all relevant KPIs and drivers
· You have a sound mix of strong conceptual, data driven, analytical capabilities but also hands-on and agile mentality
· You have the ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously and prioritize adequately to maximize business impact in a fast-paced environment
