Our Onsite Management team is looking for a highly motivated, committed and engaged Team Lead to work on our UK websites and mobile apps across all devices in our offices in Berlin.

Together with your team, you will focus on the optimization of the user experience according to local needs, such as checkout optimization, internal search, or cross-selling to increase the commercial effectiveness of our international websites and apps.

Your Tasks

·  You’ll be responsible for leading and developing 1-2 managers on a functional and disciplinary level
·  You’ll be a coach for your team and feel responsible for their development
·  You’ll own the UK website KPIs (conversion rate, engagement, customer satisfaction)
·  You’ll be the bridge between the local customer and the country business strategy
·  You’ll manage different onsite levers to optimize the websites and apps, such as performance based landing pages and navigation
·  You’ll responsible for the implementation, promotion and localization of new features and innovations
·  You’ll increase performance of marketing channels via A/B testing and dedicated landing pages
·  You’ll define the local priority projects and allocate resources accordingly
·  You’ll act as an interface with many other teams, particularly with the Country team, Product Management, Designers, Marketing, Branding, Logistic, Customer Care or Analytics team

What You’ve Got

·  You have a high level of academic achievement including a Bachelor’s degree
·  Your written and oral English skills are fluent and impressive, German is not needed
·  You have gained at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar function, preferably at a multinational fashion retailer
·  You have relevant leadership experience of at least one year or more
·  You have a solid knowledge of the UK online market
·  You have an analytical mindset with experience in web analytics tools
·  You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
·  You have a results-oriented mentality and are able to adapt quickly to changes in a fast moving environment
·  You strive in an international atmosphere
·  Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
