LEGAL COUNSEL (M/F) - CORPORATE LAW

As our Legal Corporate Law department is expanding, we are looking for someone with a first relevant working experience to immediately join our team. Our department handles all legal issues that are relevant to a modern listed company. Therefore, we are offering you the possibility to work on a broad and exciting range of tasks within a talented team (nominees for the JUVE Award Inhouse Team of the year 2013 and 2015).

YOUR CHALLENGE

·  You will be the first point of contact for both national and international consolidated companies regarding corporate law issues
·  You will be supporting and managing projects such as reorganizations or company acquisitions, also in an international environment, on corporate law and other related legal issues
·  You'll assess, draft contracts and conduct contract negotiations in both English and German
·  You will be responsible for mandating and managing external attorneys nationally and internationally

WHAT YOU´VE GOT

·  You can boast at least 2 years of professional experience in an international company or internationally active law firm
·  You have good all-round knowledge in the fields of general corporate law, capital market law, corporate governance and M&A; Knowledge of financing or payment services is a plus
·  Your successfully completed state examinations (at least with honors) with good results (at least ‘vollbefriedigend'/fully satisfactory), make you stand out as an excellent and fully qualified lawyer (m/f)
·  You are able to combine your practical knowledge in the above mentioned areas with good consulting, communication and excellent English skills
·  Challenges motivate you and bring you to your fullest potential
