We're offering a permanent position to start immediately in our Berlin based Partner Program team. The Zalando Partner Program, the center of Zalando’s Direct-To-Consumer platform (Zalando Media Solutions, Fulfillment by Zalando, Partner Program), is a separate sales/distribution channel which complements Zalando’s core wholesale business. It enables selected partners to sell their articles on Zalando's international shopping platforms. Our customers can therefore have access to a wider range of articles and an increased product availability. As the central digital platform for brands and retailers to connect with our customers across an array of Zalando’s business verticals, we  work with selected partners to deliver a high quality online shopping experience by offering a broader brand assortment.

YOUR TASKS

·  You are responsible for ensuring that our partners meet the Zalando quality standards
·  You will place test orders and review documentation and packaging quality
·  You will analyze parcel delivery and return performance
·  You will liaise directly with Key Account and Integration Managers to report your findings to our partners
·  You will develop quality improvement measures and be responsible that these are executed

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

·  You have a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
·  You have gathered initial work experience in Quality Assurance through internships or professional experience
·  You have experience influencing stakeholders and working across functional teams
·  You have excellent organizational skills and very good attention to detail
·  You can work independently and always focus on results
·  You have a passion for technology and the fashion industry
·  You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Powerpoint
·  You are fluent in English and in German; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
