The pricing team is a critical team at the interface between Category Management (purchasing) and Sales. For our 15 countries, we define, in close collaboration with Category Management and the Sales Organization, the correct price levels, promotional offers and many more price-related aspects in order to achieve the highest possible long-term customer satisfaction. The decisions we make and implement have an immediate impact on the top and the bottom line of our business. Our work is very much data-driven and needs to be analytically sound. We are at the interface to Category Management on the one side and our 15 country teams in the Sales Organization on the other.

Your Challenge

Together with the rest of the pricing team, you will support our merchandizing and sales organizations to manage stock and sales levels. In the short term, you will develop and manage necessary reporting and data extractions in order to ensure transparency across the organization. In the mid-term, you will contribute to the increasing pricing expertise through in depth analyses and projects.

·  Together with our stakeholders and the rest of the pricing team, you will design and manage the pricing reporting from the definition of KPIs to the weekly delivery
·  You will support short terms business decisions through ad hoc data extraction and quick insights
·  You will develop pricing expertise within the company through the development and the sharing of in depth analysis
·  You will actively contribute to the business success by managing and improving pricing processes

Your Profile

·  You have successfully graduated with a degree (Bachelor, Master, MBA) in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or its equivalent
·  You are keen on running complex analysis and dealing with large data sets
·  You are a team player and display a service oriented mindset
·  You are autonomous and objective focused
·  You are an expert in Excel and feel comfortable using databases, SQL or its equivalent. Familiarity with Business intelligence software is a plus
