Zalando's marketing is state of the art. We promote the world's best online fashion experience and want to build lasting relationships with our customers in all 15 countries where Zalando is active. Our marketing professionals use all available online channels: we have experts in SEM and SEO as well as Social Media, Affiliate, Display and Email Marketing. In the more traditional channels we produce the popular TV adverts, Zalando fashion magazines and catalogues. We aim to innovate in marketing, design, graphics and photography and to create something new and unique – the Zalando shopping experience.
YOUR CHALLENGE
· You'll define survey goals, research design, project costs and prepare quotes
· You'll develop data collection and reporting methods
· You'll work on our Customer Satisfaction Survey
· You'll prepare and give graphical presentations regularly for Management and Marketing
· You'll lead data analysis for our internal customers
· You'll be responsible for the monthly collection of KPIs
· You'll coordinate and provide guidance for our external partners and internal quality assurance
WHAT YOU'VE GOT
· You have a university degree in Marketing/Market Research, Social Sciences, Statistics or Psychology
· Ideally, you have sound knowledge and practical experience with market research methods and quantitative data analysis
· You have experience with survey programs – e.g. Rogator or other survey software
· You find it easy to juggle figures, analytical processes and to make clear summaries and to communicate these in a concise manner
· You use MS Office on a day-to-day basis and you are a confident user of SPSS
· You are fluent in written and spoken English. German is an advantage
