The Lounge Commercial Event Campaigns (CECs) Project Management Team defines unique campaign concepts for innovative, strategically relevant, commercial events with business impact across markets. The only recently created team owns the expertise on the entire project process, its stakeholders and contacts as well as its documentation and works in close collaboration with various departments, such as CCM, visual departments, merchandise planning and buying, tech, analytics, and operations.

You Are Setting Standards

Delivering You will be responsible for the project management and support of international 360° Commercial Event Campaigns (15-20 per year) from conceptualization and planning, to execution and analysis.

Collaboration As part of the planning and execution you will play an important role in stakeholder and milestone management with your strong organization and coordination skills. You will work in close collaboration across various teams such as Communication and Marketing, Photo and Visual, Merchandise Planning and Buying, Operations, Tech and Controlling, Analytics and Performance Marketing

Ownership As the central point of contact for and within the entire process you closely align with stakeholders while ensuring a smooth information and process flow and delivery of product in time and quality.

Creativity Together with the Technology and Analytics team, you will push innovation and enable data-driven decision making. You will also respond to competitor activity and other urgent business issues

You Are Skilled

Market Knowledge You have a commercial awareness and a keen interest fashion. You hold a Bachelor’s degree and have had at least 1 year of experience in the industry or relevant internships

Project Management You have excellent project management skills to steer and organize different cross-functional stakeholders and feel comfortable when you drive projects autonomously

Goal Oriented Your commercial and analytical mindset put you top of the class and you are known to work very results-driven. Your structured and goal-oriented way of working helps you face even complex challenges. You embrace change and proactively look for solutions in challenging situations

Communication You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders and you enjoy working in an international environment with a diverse background. You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
