As a Junior Commercial controller, you oversee the profitability of the Mens category. As well as creating and optimizing regular reports and ad hoc analyses, you are responsible for carrying out plan/actual matching and taking part in strategy and planning meetings. You interpret results, coordinate the flow of information, moderate the analysis and support important decision-making processes for the management. You function as a go-between between the Mens Buying & Merchandising team and the central Category Controlling Team.

YOUR TASKS

·  You create and provide meaningful input for stakeholder-tailored reporting (correct structures, data, format, etc.)
·  You support the preparation of an integrated view on the performance of the business for our category Men
·  You actively identify key findings and, based on that, give business advices
·  You support the optimization of the reporting environment and you establish processes
·  You ensure a high level of data quality and consistency
·  You also support the optimization of an IT system environment and necessary processes to ensure an efficient and effective planning process
·  You actively participate in projects and are responsible for dedicated activities within (sub-)projects

  WHAT YOU’VE GOT

·  You have a degree in business administration, economics or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on controlling, supply chain management or a comparable qualification
·  You have first relevant experience (internships and/or job experience)
·  You have good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a deeper commercial understanding
·  You take MS Office in your stride and you're an expert in Excel especially
·  Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP-BO, Micro Strategy etc.) is a plus
·  First experience in project management is an advantage
·  You think fast, work proactively and always keep on top of things even in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment
·  You can boast amazing English, clear communication and confident negotiation skills, German is a plus
