The Zalando Media Solutions ( http://mediasolutions.zalando.com/) department is a new and exciting "startup" within Zalando. With our portfolio of scalable native media products we enable brands/advertisers to achieve their advertising objectives in the digital space based on deep consumer insights and a unique fashion context. We support brands in driving traffic to their brand shops, push product launches and address the right customers with tailored messages across platforms. YOUR CHALLENGES

·  You will support projects that are associated with strategic developments
·  You will assume organizing projects from structuring and defining, through creating the project plan, to the implementation of your targets
·  You will be responsible for all evaluations concerning customer and market, including analysis and market research in your area of responsibility
·  You provide the management with strategic recommendations derived from profound data analysis
·  You will oversee the progress of all your projects, present it to various stakeholders, and you solve newly arising problems on-the-go
·  For any changes or new information that resulted from your work, you will be responsible to drive it into the business. This requires you to closely work together with a variety of different internal and/or external stakeholders and confidently and professionally represent your findings and decisions

YOUR PROFILE

·  You are proud of your degree in business studies or a university degree in a similar field with a focus on analytics and strategy
·  You have first work experience in business development, management consulting, other analytical or entrepreneurial position
·  You have a strong perseverance and you do not lose sight of your goals within complex topics
·  You have strong communicational skills in English and German, and you can efficiently deal with various stakeholders and interest groups
·  You are confident working with large data sets, love working with numbers and hold excellent analytical skills
·  You are enthusiastic about Influencer Marketing and the Social Media sphere
·  You like working independently because it drives you to peak performances, at the same time you have the right social skills and are open to critique to be a great team player
·  You are an excellent user of Excel and Power Point with expert skills in both applications
