We’re on the hunt for dynamic and creative people to work in In-House Agency for our photo retouching/editing team. Our post production team retouches and edits photos that visually communicate our brand.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

·  You'll be fully dedicated to High-end retouching in our In-House agency ensuring that our advertising campaigns, editorials and Lookbook shoots are retouched to a precise and consistent standard.
·  (Please note - you will NOT be responsible for the simple product shots that you see on our online store. Please check out  https://lookbook.zalando.com  for an example of the type of images that you can expect to work on)
·  You will be closely working with post production experts. 
·  Your well organised (layered) Photoshop files will incorporate precise channel masks and paths. You will carry out liquify/transformations and skin treatment with a sensibility and finesse that is relevant to our image language and style.
·  You'll follow art direction and process feedback from other team members and provide your own recommendations to best achieve the goals of a project.

YOUR PROFILE

·  You have solid experience in  retouching and a genuine interest to continue your career in this specialized work
·  You have a solid retouching portfolio and can provide us with this in order for us to assess your retouch skills
·  You have heaps of creative talent and a proven ability at maintaining high aesthetic standards
·   You take ownership of your projects, managing your workload in a cool and calm fashion to meet challenging deadlines
·  As part of an international team, you are comfortable communicating with your colleagues in English
