We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join the Health & Safety Team which sits within the Asset Management Business Unit. This role is based in Buttershaw, Bradford. What is the purpose of the role? As a Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will contribute to the delivery of high quality occupational health services for staff. You will contribute as a member of the Occupational Health team in providing professional support and guidance to management, employees and their representatives on matters of Health, Safety and Working environment You will assist the Employee Health & Wellbeing manager in the development of the Occupational Health function throughout the Kelda group, so that its activities reflect and support the objectives and priorities of the company.

Up to £42,000 dependent on experience + 25 days annual leave + pension + quarterly performance related bonus + additional lifestyle benefits.

What will the role involve?

You will manage your own case load. You will contribute to the future development and implementation of Occupational Health policies/strategies having regards to the Organisations Equal Rights Policies. You will undertake health surveillance and specific projects/reports as directed and be the representative at meetings and working parties on HR/Occupational Health issues.

You will work in partnership with the Occupational Health Manager to shape and deliver high quality services.

What skills are we looking for?

It is essential to have RGN/RMN Degree/Diploma. OH specialist practitioner on part 3 of the register with NMC. You will have evidence of commitment to personal development and continuing education.

You will have experience of supporting and embedding change and be able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours. You will have significant experience in an occupational Health setting. You will have experience of building internal and external relationships.

You will have previous experience of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets and to have previous experience in a commercially orientated and / or regulated environment.

It is essential to hold a full valid EU driving licence as travel to other sites in the Yorkshire region are required.
