Main responsibilities include:
In this role, you will be reporting to the Country Manager and fully involved in each domain of the company (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc) for both business units driven by Ymagis in the UK (Cinemanext and Eclair)
- Supervision of statutory account including accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition and intercompany transactions;
- Monthly sales closing and quarterly reporting to the Group;
- Set up and preparation of the budget, forecasting process and variance analyses;
- Support to local management with ad-hoc reporting and financial expertise;
- Supervision of local administrative team including relation with external partners (accounting, payroll, …);
- Monitor cash collection and credit control;
- Participation to ERP implementation and improvement;
- Follow up on all tax matters and legal requirements;
- Liaise with operational and sales teams to ensure proper SAP accounting flows;
Profile:
- Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Knowledge of ERP (SAP…), reporting tools, databases and business intelligence will be a strong advantage;
- Exposure to international environment is considered as a valuable asset;
- Analytical, autonomous, assertive and organised profile;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Ready to travel to France or Belgian HQ
