ROLE
xRapid is looking for an Intern COO Assistant and Communication to join our London Office, starting ASAP.
Your main roles will be:
1) Right-hand to the COO i.e. ensuring the good direction of operations, being a key point of contact for the team, implementing new developments, etc.
2) Contributing to building a strong communication around our new product to detect asbestos, launch date early June 2017 in the USA
3) Occasionally assisting the CEO with clients, providers, and travels
PROFIL REQUIRED
For this role, you will need to be:
→ Speed-paced, driven, sense of prioritisation, responsive and independent: basic requirements to join our team, and especially on this role
→ Inventive to promote quickly and efficiently our new product on the appropriate places (Press, Internet, TV, magazines)
→ Resourceful and hands-on: being a member of our start-up requires involvement, care and a will to contribute to its growth
→ English & French, close to fluently for both languages: a lot of your work will be in close collaboration with our team in the US + all written communication in English + Part of the team in France
→ Technical skills (or extremely quick learner): Wordpress, basic community management knowledge, etc.
Possible travels to the various sites locations.
Possibility to stay with the company at the end of the internship.
