Trainee Business Development Executive

Job description

We are Sole Beauty Group and we are looking for somebody who can train to work in our new division; Sole Beauty Angels.
Sole Beauty Angels is the mobile beauty arm of Sole Beauty Salons- a beauty salon chain, which is known for providing quality beauty treatments at affordable rate.

As a Trainee Business Development Executive, you will be trained to understand about creating portfolio diversification and managing a division such as Sole Beauty Angels.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing planning, research design, and proposal writing
- You'll learn to make calls to prospects
- Create Email Campaigns and Social Ads
- Create Promo Videos and Blogs
- Visit prospect clients and do presentations
- Organise logistics of delivering the service

Salary & Benefits:
You will receive OTE of £30,000 per Annum after the initial training period with Basic Salary of around £18,000 to £20,000 per Annum.
Training will be for a 4 week during, in which period you will receive £100 per Week to cover your Travel and Expenses to work, then your Salary will start (after the Training).

Required Skills:
- Good business acumen and flair in Marketing/PR essential
- Good communication and writing ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive friendly demeanour.
- Flexibility and the ability to work well in a team
- Able to negotiate well and the ability to persuade/influence others.
- Self-motivated, driven, determined are all the tributes necessary

Desirable Skills (but not compulsory):
- Experience in Social Media
- Experience in ahead a project or team
