Salary from £16,000 to £25,000 depending on experience,

plus UNCAPPED commission earning potential

+ private healthcare & pension contributions following probation period

Xcellin is a specialist recruitment company finding sales, marketing and clinical support candidates throughout the UK for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Based at Kingsclere Business Park, between Newbury and Basingstoke, we provide direct to headcount candidates and contractors. At Xcellin our philosophy is to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. We provide best practice in people solutions to ensure success!

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and target driven individual to join our team. As Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for finding high calibre candidates for exciting medical sales, clinical support and marketing roles. You will also build strong relationships with existing clients, and find new clients and business opportunities.

This role is for someone who loves the buzz of sales, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment where there is opportunity to earn considerable bonus. You may have previous experience or be a graduate/trainee looking for your first role in recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant you will earn commission on each candidate you place from day one, so we are looking for self-starters motivated by the chance to earn bonus.

Candidates will have:

• Bright, dynamic and engaging personalities with excellent communication skills
• A proven track record of success in recruitment or a customer facing role
• Your own transport and currently living in commuting distance of Kingsclere

• Considerable PC skills, including word, excel, outlook and computerised candidate databases
