X1 Lettings Liverpool Branch Require a Lettings and Property manager for immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organised (essential), well presented, passionate and have good people skills / people skills. Prior experience in property is not essential as training will be given and the successful candidate will be closely mentored. Duties will include - Managing current tenants Re-letting units when tenants vacate The day to day running of the site including co-ordination of facilities management Contributing to the successful advertising of properties Being a key team player and supporting your colleagues when required X1 is a fast growing business with offices in Liverpool & Manchester, soon expanding to Leeds. Starting salary 16k plus bonuses
