Job description
A new outdoor, adventure, travel website is looking to hire an intern with excellent writing skills and a passion for the outdoors. The successful candidate would be required to assist the Editor and founder of the website. The position is a 3-month, non-paid internship.
Essential Functions:
• Assist in the management of social medial channels
• Curate content for social media channels
• Research and write stories for the website
Desired profile
Essential Attributes:
• University or college student majoring in journalism or multi-media studies desired
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• An understanding of the outdoor landscape
• Strong writing skills
