Organisational psychology intern
Internship London (Greater London)
Job description
We are looking for someone who has studied organisational psychology and can apply their theoretical knowledge to a practical software product. We have a hypothesis; teams who understand each other's optimal working styles are more effective. To that effect we are building a software product that enables this.
Your role will be to help the CTO compile the right questions that generate 'WorkStyle' reports for our users. We'd like to incorporate a variety of variations of the psychometric tests such as the BIG 5 & DISC as well as self analysis to compile the end reports.
You will be working closely with a CEO who has 8 years of experience in business building and a CTO who has built multiple internet projects. This is a remote role, so you can work from wherever you like. The CEO works from a co-working space in Shoreditch.
This is a paid internship role of up to 4 months that will be paid at the minimum UK wage matched to the industry guidelines (dependant on your age).
In your application please tell us;
- Your work style
- Your relevant education to this role
Successful applicants will proceed to a video interview followed by a coffee interview if successful in the first round.
Desired profile
A degree that has had the focus or inclusion of organisational psychology.
