Must have a keen interest and passion for the video industry; you will be part of a rapidly developing marketplace for video.
We are looking for somebody who is extremely organised with great time management skills, who can be trusted with tasks and is eager to learn and take direction. This role will allow you to develop your knowledge of a production assistant position whilst being able to grow and take on more responsibilities. It is important that you are flexible, and can take the initiative to get work completed to deadlines not just within your nine to five hours when needed.
General tasks to be involved in:

- casting for VO, models and actors
- organising basic shoots
- sourcing crew and creatives globally
- potentially sourcing locations
- booking travel and accommodation for producers and models/actors
Previous experience within the industry is preferred, such as a runner position or voluntary role. Alternatively any recent qualifications in similar fields would also be greatly beneficial e.g animation, film production.
IMPORTANT: Several of our producers are based across the UK, while the rest of our team and office is based in London. With this role there is the option to travel into the London office a few days a week and complete work in an office environment. There is also the option to complete work from home and have weekly or fortnightly meetings with the producer you will be assisting in Newcastle. We will be taking applications from individuals based both in London and in Newcastle, and this can be discussed at interview stage.
Please send through your CV and brief cover letter outlining why you would be the perfect fit for our team.
