At Wollet we are looking for a bright iOS developer intern to join our tech department. This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting fast growing FinTech start-up in London looking to innovate within the financial services sector.

You’ll have the ability to take on a range of hard and intriguing challenges. You will work on mobile apps, focusing on developing our app for iOS devices, but also on the API and services that power the app to assure our customer the best mobile experience

You will be hands on within the technology and working towards making our product the best that it can be by solving the challenges that we face.

As a developer, you will also work to create new features in the iOS app using our REST based APIs.

In this position, you’ll be challenged to grow professionally by creating pixel perfect features while writing efficient and performing code.

This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn about the entire workflow of creating apps professionally, from design through release and bug fixing.

Desired profile

The Successful candidate must have:

- A computer science or related degree
- Needs to understand the fundamentals of creating iPhone apps and Xcode. Specifically screens with auto layout and writing view controllers.
- Objective-C or Swift coding skills and good understanding/experience of creating iOS apps .
- Has good design skills and eye for simplicity.
- Someone who is willing to take direction but not be afraid to make suggestions.
- Organised, can meet targets and communicate well.
- Creative and willing to learn.
- Driven, reliable, works well with others and alone
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex and technical concepts to non-technical audiences
