Wiser Elite, part of the WeAreWiser group, works with the UK's top sales talent in securing roles at the most exciting and prestigious companies. We hold uncompromising standards and work exclusively with individuals who are striving to reach the top of their game.

We’re now looking to hire an Elite Intern. You will be a top graduate from a top university and looking to gain experience across Sales and Recruitment. You will work with the Managing Director of Wiser Elite by supporting growth, driving sales and headhunting for the very best sales people.

We are looking for candidates with drive, ambition and someone who isn’t afraid of working hard. You will be expected to deliver from day one and it won’t be easy. We will expect a lot from you, but you can also expect a lot from us and if we feel like you’re a great match for our company it could be the start of a brilliant career. Initially a three month expenses internship, with discretionary bonuses, this could become a full time role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying new leads and driving the sales process from prospect through to close
Developing, with the MD, KPIs and targets
Writing job specifications and handling role enquiries
Multi-channel headhunting
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in sales and recruitment

Key Skills/Experience:

Someone with a passion for sales and recruitment
Preferably some experience of working in the industry
A keen understanding of what makes people 'tick'
Perfect written and verbal communication skills
Someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Someone who can make things happen and delivers beyond expectations
