The Company

We are the UK's leading financial services recruitment consultancy - a nationwide recruiter with offices in Central Birmingham, who are looking for intelligent, ambitious graduates to join our large team of successful, happy and well-paid consultants.

The Role

In your first three months, we will take you through a bespoke training scheme that will enable you to become an expert resourcer - the first step towards becoming a 360 recruitment consultant.
You will work on a variety of roles within your sector, driving candidate generation, gathering competitive intelligence and supporting our consultants in their delivery to our clients' requirements.

You will:
* Research your specific market to find the best talent - whether they're looking for work or not!
* Learn to utilise our online resources to generate a strong talent pool
* Learn to analyse a CV to find the real essence of people
* Utilise the information you find to generate new clients when you become a 360 recruitment consultant
* Analyse your competitors
* Take references to gather further information on clients and candidates
* Develop expert industry knowledge in your area

Your Profile

* Be of graduate calibre and have some sales experience

* Have a passion for financial services
